more details, please, such as: what O/S on the client, any entries in the
event log on the workstation or server, what program are you doing the
printing from, etc.

Whenever I try to print to the fax service from a program on the client
computer the program crashes. When I send the error report, Microsoft
does
not come back with a solution. Any ideas?
