Add User WIzard Error

We have an SBS 2003 standard install that has been working fine for a
month or so.
We added 10 users via the wizard when we set up the server last month.
Today tried to add both a regular user and a power user received the
following error:
The wizard could not successfully configure this user account. The
following could
not be completed:
- A home folder could not be created for this user
- Quota info could not be set
