RE: Page cannot be displayed in OWA

Hi

I am accessing OWA from the External Ethernet.
The interface IP is 10.0.78.2

I access https://10.0.78.2/exchange or https://10.0.78.2/remote

All works OK

But from the internet I cannot access the OWA or RWW

As i said i opened all the ports on the router up, but no access

Also ISA shoudl be configuring the router as it is UPnP??

Thanks for responding
jim

Hi Jim,

Thanks for your posting

From you description, the problem may be caused by the router. Do you mean
you can access OWA from external Ethernet? If so, are you using
http://servername/exchange or https://FQDN/exchange? Have you checked all
my suggestions?

Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Crina Li (MSFT)
