Hi Chris,
Using both folders is using one folder too many for most users ;-). I'd
suggest you decide on one, and disable the other. In my case, I've decided
to disable EUQ (End User Quarantine) in Trend, and use Outlook JMF instead.
While neither is perfect, IMHO the combination of IMF and JMF provides
superior spam protection to Trend Anti-Spam. That said, turning off JMF in
outlook, and using the combination of IMF rejecting at an SCL of 8, and
allowing Trend to handle the balance isn't all bad either.
The biggest problem with Trend's approach is that there is absolutely no
option for server-side quarantine of tagged spam, your only options are to
allow the end user to see *all* the spam (in the inbox, in the Spam folder),
or to see *none* of the Trend tagged spam (delete at the server).

Just installed TrendMicro SMB this past weekend. I have been using CA
Antivirus for the past two years and loved it.. never a virus breakout at
all
on our network. But I got tired of not being able to control cleaned
emails
from still going to the users inbox which filled it with email when
viruses
were spreading. I also wanted a Spam solution and TrendMicro seemed to
fit
the bill with all the great things being said here about it.
My question is, why does some spam still get delivered to the default
Microsoft Outlook Junk folder when the Trend Spam folder is there? I'd
love
to control it so all spam/junk mail goes to the Spam folder...
.
