RE: SBS2003 Trial - move drive - fix boot ?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

Thanks for posting here.

From your post, my understanding on this issue is: you want to know how to
move drive include new Windows SBS install to new faster PC. If I am off
base, please feel free to let me know.

Based on my knowledge, if you want to add the IDE drive with Windows SBS to
new PC and boot from Windows SBS 2003, you need to modify the Boot.ini file
to reach your goal. To do so, please refer to the following knowledge base
articles:

Available switch options for the Windows XP and the Windows Server 2003

I hope the above information helps.

Have a nice day.

Best Regards,
