They still have to VPN when in the office because the Wireless access is outside the LAN

Can any one help got a sbs 2003 server with a lan network and a netgear
DG834GT router for the internet the server has two network card one for the
lan and one for the internet.Got a couple of wireless laptops which i'd like
the laptop to be on the network with out have to plug then in.they can vpn in
form peoples home but can't log in when in the office on the wireless net
work is there a way round this.do i have to turn on a port on the router or
do some thing in the remote access.
