What are your workstations and server connected to? A router or a switch?

Thanks Chris.

I have the firewall disabled while on the network. The problem is only
when we're on the domain. When we're off the domain there are no
problems at all. Oh, and I can configure a VPN that works on the
server so that narrows it down to the clients.

We don't have SBS Preimum .
