I just checked with another user.


They too have full access to every folder. even the desktop
redirrected folders at \\server\users\username

I can not tell if this is a remote connection issue (only happens
though a VPN connection) or if this occurs even when logged in locally,
but I will try and find out ASAP.


I need to fix this security issue ASAP.



I don't know if this makes a difference, but I recently installed Zone
Alarm firewall onto the system. I did not check to see if this was an
issue before the install, but I can't see how it should be effecting
folder permissions.

If needed I can tell my firewall rules.

I do have a rule allowing all traffic from the Local Host to my LAN and
WAN cards.

the only rule that I"m not sure about is a rule allows all traffice
from a source of 127.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 to a destination
of 127.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.1.
