Webpages On SBS2003

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I was considering moving all of our web based stuff (webpages, email etc) to our SBS server when we do our full install, and now we have worked out our problems we've had with it.

It appears by default that port80 has been taken with the internal web bits and pieces, and we were thinking of hosting our webpage(s) on the server.

Is hosting our few pages on SBS possible or a good idea? If so, what is the best practice for making the default opening page our webpage?

Any help on this would be appreciated.
