Exchange

I seem to have an Exchange issue with SBS-2003. Users can send mail
to internal addresses, internal to external - but not relieve any mail from
outside the domain. Checked "Internet & Email Setup" and settings look
to be correct. Assume it's due to IP Address change on the Server -but
not sure exactly which area to check. Event Logs do not have any entries
that relate to Exchange.
