RE: sbs.rww error

Hi Jac,

Thanks for your update.

From the current situation, you may need to reinstall RWW as following:

1. Open Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs.
2. Click Change/Remove for Windows Small Business Server 2003 in Add or
Remove Programs:
3. Follow the setup prompts until you reach the "Component Selection"
dialog screen.
4. Set the "Server Tools" to "Reinstall".
5. Complete the setup wizard.

Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Crina Li (MSFT)

| Hi Crina Li,
| Thank-you for responding to my problem. I checked all the things you
listed
| and everything looked in good order, and the problem still exists, so I
will
| respond to your additional questions:
|
| 1. RWW has been working fine for 6 months or more since a new server
| install. The problem started last Friday afternoon when someone reported
| they could not log in to RWW. The Server was restarted and they were
| successful. But the next time someone else was not able to get the RWW
page
| up. it hasn't worked since.
|
| 2. When you try http://localhost/remote you get the same thing. You are
| allowed to log in, but after that you get page cannot be displayed.
|
| 3. Same thing with http://servername/remote.
|
| 4. Companyweb will load. OWA will load.
|
| 5. It affects all users.
|
| Hope that helps. thank-you for your time. I appreciate it very much.
