External USB Drive

Every week we rotate through a USB external drive for our backup instead of
using tape. We have 4 - 300 GB USB drives. Every week when we plug in the
next USB drive to rotate through, the drive letter is no longer available
and we have to manually set the drive letter again in Disk Management. All
the USB drives are exact models and size. How can we automate the
assigments of the drive letter to say - X: everytime we plug in the next USB
drive in the rotation?
