Re: Adding XP clients to new domain server

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

It doesn't matter what the local user names are. To connect the
computers to the SBS server, create the computer accounts on the SBS
server first. Then go on each workstation and run:

http://servername/connectcomputer
(You may need to add this URL to the Trusted Sites list).

When you run this wizard it will ask you which computer account you
want to use, and which user will be using the workstation. It will also
allow you to pick a local user account to migrate settings to the new
domain account.
