Integrating Business Contact Manager with SBS 2003

Hi guys,
I am trying to integrate Business Contact Manager into Small Business Server
2003, and have downloaded the patch from the Microsoft web site, however I
keep receiving this error message:
'The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service
because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may
updat a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be
upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade
patch.'
I have installed it on the client machines, however I want to have it
integrated with the SBS 2003. I have even tried to install Office 2003 Pro
with Outlook 2003 onto the server and then tried to run the patch, and I
still keep getting this error message.
Any ideas?
