Rename Computer

I need to rename a computer on my network and have some instructions I
found in an old newsgroup posting and was wondering if they are
accurate:

1. Use the Windows Explorer | Tools | Disconnect network drive to
delete the network drives mapped to the computer.
2. Disjoin the computer from the domain and place into a workgroup.
Restart and log on to the computer as the local administrator.
3. Rename the computer. Restart. Log on as the local computer.
4. Create new computer account for the computer using the new name in
the SBS 2003 Server Management Console.
5. Run http://servername/connectcomputer to rejoin the computer to
the domain.

Is this missing anything or anything amiss? I didn't see deleting the
computer from SBS, but i assume that would be step 6.
