Caching is on. I destroyed the profile and created a new one and all is
well. Something must have gotten confused when the workstation attached
to the new server.

I check the link and mostly found other people with the error. Hopefully
the next person will find either you or this thread.

I can see the Exchsvr by using Windows Explorer,

I presume you're using OL2003...is cached mode enabled? What is in the
profile? Have you
tried creating a brand new profile, with only Exchange in it?
