RE: "The page cannot be found" in Server Management

Hi Luke,

Thanks for your update.

As I know, SBS will open needed port for external access after running
CEICW. If you have a router or hardware firewall, you need to configure it
to forward inbound traffic on needed ports, for example: TCP port 80 and
443 to the SBS server's external address.

For Backup issue, do you mean you are doing as following?

1. Open Server Management and then click Backup.
2. Click Configure Backup and then you can not specify the tape drive as
backup location.

If so, please check if your tape drive is on the Windows Server 2003 HCL
from the following links:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/catalog/server/default.aspx?subID=22&xslt=c
ategoryProduct&pgn=8a856b6f-a091-4b65-82c4-8de36550d285

If it is in the HCL, please check if there are updated firmware and driver
for the Tape Drive. You can also try the following steps:

1. Schedule a down time.
2. Disconnect all tape device and then reboot the machine.
3. Run "devmgmt.msc" to start Device Manager.
4. Click menu View | Show Hidden Devices.
5. Delete all tape devices under Tape Drives.
6. Open Computer Management, expand Storage | Removable Storage |
Libraries, and then delete all existing tape device.
7. Connect tape drive back, and then install the driver.
