Please let me know whether this issue disappears after you temporary
disable the third-party anti-virus program.

If the issue persists, the error 14079 should be an expected behavior as KB
840180 described. You may safely ignore the error and it's not necessary to
reinstall the monitoring components (that is mentioned in the MVP's web
site).

As you mentioned, the issue could be related to the server performance.
Since the SBS server is an integrated solution, it's expected that the
server is running under heavy load. If you want to change the hardware
platform in the future, you may refer to the following documents:
