RE: Outlook Web Access

I sent a private email to you but maybe you haven't got to it yet. In the
certificate page I did type my FQDN (mail.pracXXXXX.dynamic-dns.net) my local
domain is pracxxxxx.local). Please note that I am using a dynamic DNS service
(changeip.com) due to the fact I'm using Verizon ADSL (dynamic IP) . as
stated before I can telnet to the dynamic (FQDN) on port 443 but cannot reach
OWA. Also note I am currently using ISA 2000 not ISA 2004. The destination
set is the same as the certificate. I've run the CEICW many, many times to no
avail. Will the ISA tools utility work for ISA 2000?

Hi Bgreg,

Thanks for your update.

In certificate page of CEICW wizard, you should type your published FQDN
name instead of your internal name.
This problem is probably caused because the FQDN does not match the
destination set for OWA in ISA server. I assume that you have already run
CEICW. In order to fix this problem, I would like to suggest you try the
following solutions:

I. Rerun CEICW with mail.mydomain.com

The current FQDN configured in CEICW is mydomain.com, if you want to use
www.mydomain.com to access the sites, please reconfigure CEICW. Open
''Server Management'' console, navigate to ''To Do List'', click ''Connect
to the Internet'' in the right panel. You can choose ''Do not change
connection type''-->''Do not change firewall configuration''-->In web
server certificate setting, choose ''Create a new web server certificate''
and then input mail.mydomain.com in the server name bar. Click ''Next''
button and choose ''Do not change Internet e-mail configuration'' option.
Finish the CEICW procedure.

After doing the above steps, you will be able to access the site by using
https://mail.mydomain.com/exchange

If the issue persists, please collect the following information to further
research:

ISA info:

a. Download the file from the following URL:
http://www.isatools.org/isainfo/ISAInfo.zip
b. Extract all files to a folder on ISA server
c. Double click Isainfo.js. This will generate 2 files
ISAInfo2004-<computer-name>.log and ISAInfo2004-<computer-name>.xml in the
current folder.

d. Please zip and send the .zip file to me.

[Note] Please send all into to v-chacez@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
[Note] Please let me know the OWA server's IP address, this will help me to
check the logs.

Hope this helps, I look forward to your update

Have a nice day!

Best Regards,
