RE: Service pack 1 de SBS 2003

Hello,

I will send it to you the log tomorrow. The SBS 'client' share name was not
there but the customers share a custom folders 'clients' without any conflit.
As I tell you, I suspect that the customers has not follow the rules and
wizard during the installation. I will not try to install SBS SP1 again
because he has one server for all his data . too many risk

Best Regards

Hello Emeric,

Thank you for posting back!

I understand that you fail to install the SBS 2K3 SP1. In this case, please
help me to gather following information to analysis your issue:

1. Please go to %system drive%\program files\Microsoft Integration\windows
small business server 2003\logs. Zip the Logs fold and send it as an
attachment to my mailbox (v-branee@xxxxxxxxxxxxx).

2. Zip the C:\Windows\KB885918.log to me.

3. Please explain in detail "a network share name 'clients'. I change it
for 'Familly'". May I know what exact "clients" it is? Do you mean the
"clients" shared folder on the SBS Server (C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Windows Small Business Server\ClientSetup\Clients)? If yes, how did you
change the name? "Clients" is the built in shared folder and we do not
suggest rename it.

Thanks a lot for your time and I am looking forward to your reply!
