provide further help on this problem.

Also, If you use the Client Document Redirection wizard (Server
Management\Users\Configure My Documents Redirection) to configure My
Documents redirection, then there should be a GPO named "Small Business
Server Folder Redirection" linked to your domain. Please follow these steps
to get a GP result report and send it to me for analysis:

1. In GPMC, right-click Group Policy Results and click Group Policy Results
Wizard....

2. Click Next twice. Select "Select a specific user" and then select the
problematic user, click Next.

3. Follow the instructions to generate a group policy result report.

4. Right-click the report and click Save Report. Send the report to me at
v-stezhu@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
