Migrate, Recreate, Rebuild existing SBS2003 to new SBS2003 server

I have a client configured w\ a stand-alone SBS2003 server that has
been exhibiting a bunch of different obscure, un-reproduceable
problems/errors/failures, along with hardware issues. We've decided to
replace the server hardware, but I would like to try and put fresh
installs of all applications then transfer data/settings over, versus
performing a tape restore to the new hardware (and the OS repair,
driver install after). The server has the following non-OS software
installed:
Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition - SAV server
Symantec Mail Security for MS Exchange - email AV protection
SharePoint Portal Server (SQL) - hosts intranet site accessed
internally/externally
Exchange 2003 - mailboxes, forwards, dist. lists
Other than that, it hosts standard network resources: dns/dhcp,
printing, file (NTFS shares) sharing. I'm familiar with transferring
the Symantec products from one server to another, my only concern(s)
and question(s) for this thread are:
1. Is it possible to migrate everything from an existing SBS2003 server
to a new SBS2003 server, while retaining the same schema & existing
config?
2. If not, is it possible to create a different domain on the new
SBS2003 server, and migrate AD/exchange/sharepoint from the old server
without needing to manually re-create everything?
I've been searching through Microsoft's KB & here to no avail so far,
so i'll be very appreciative of any advice/help I can get from here.
Thank you!
Nick M.
