Thanks for posting here.
From your post, my understanding on this issue is: you no longer login toserver as Admin through Terminal Service, and the Admin user account been
locked out on the server. If I am off base, please feel free to let me know.
Unfortunately, based on my knowledge, I am afraid it is not possible to
implement your request. By default, you only wait for half hour after the
Administrator user account had been locked out by account lock policy. So
we always recommend to create another Administrator account when the
built-in Administrator been locked out.
