My Documents redirect stopped working on one user profile.

I had a call from a user on a SBS network this morning to say he couldn't
see his documents in My Documents.

When I login using his profile and right-click his My Documents folder it is
showing as being directed to c:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My
Documents This can't be edited.

All other users are being directed to the shared users folder My Documents
redirect as set in the server. This user is a member of the same groups as
the others. Nothing as far as I am aware has been changed on the server or
the client.

I've tried gpupdate but that makes no difference.
