I do have an event 7513 showing up in Event log in Application folder.

"Microsoft Exchange Intelligent Message Filter was refreshed. Microsoft
Exchange Intelligent Message Filter is now enabled. A refresh occurs
when the SMTP service is restarted or Microsoft Exchange Intelligent
Message Filter is updated."

I havent got a location on UCEArchive. I have set the gateway to reject
all mails for SCL >= 8 and move to junk for SCL >= 4.
