Well there are a few more things to consider here. Are you building the SBS
server into a new domain or into a AD domain that already exists? I take it
seeing how you need to ask how long it will take that you never installed
SBS before? A rough guess I'd say give yourself the weekend and plan on 8-12
hours per day? Not saying it cannot be done in less time but you would have
to have experience installing SBS and if you already have an existing AD
domain it would take that much time.

Hey all, I'd appreciate your 2 cents on this matter.
Boss wants a quote in hours on how long it would take to install SBS2003
on
a new server and setup all needed features to run our domain, exchange,
email, etc.
I need to figure out how many hours it would take to do the following:
Delete server 2003 os off non used server
Format drives
Install SBS2003 as new domain server
Configure exchange and import user settings
Import mailbox folders
setup MS remote server access for users
Install SP1
Install Exchange SP2
Install WSIS
Does anyone know how much time this would all take. This will be the
primare mail, domain etc. server on our network of 40 pc's. Does anyone
have
any advice on what to or not to do?
Thanks for your help and comments.
