HP Laser Jet toolbox produced by HP, we are not professional in HP Laser
Jet toolbox and and not authorized to access HP internal knowledge base. So
cannot provide official suggestion. For this kind of issue, I am afraid
that you need to contact HP for further assistance on this product. Your
