Hello Steve
Thanks for your perseverance
Mail is collected from our ISP pop mailbox using Outlook 2003 which is
installed on the on the SB server.
Outlook should *not* be installed on the SBS - it tends to clash badly with Exchange.
A default SBS installation will place the install files for Outlook on the SBS (for the Client Deployment tools), but doesn't actually install Outlook itself _on_ the server.
Users have outlook 2003 set to MS exchange
server (No pop accounts)
I have found the SBS pop3 connector and it is scheduled to send/receive
every 15 minutes. Does this sound right?
Sounds like you might be using the POP3 Connector to me - in which case you should go look at the settings for it. I'd guess you're trying to use a global mailbox, and haven't made sure the users have the email address associated with them. I don't use the POP3 connector myself (SMTP always), so you may have to start a new thread about the POP3 connector once you've checked the documentation and settings on it.
