RE: public folders snap-in is hanging mmc.exe

Thank you for posting here.

According to your description, I understand that when you expand the public
folder in Exchange System Manger, the console just hangs.

First of all, please obtain the latest Exchange server and SBS 2003 service
pack.
And I suggest you expand the Public folder again, Wait for the error
message. Please do not stop the application manually.
Please tell me the result.
