To cache or not to cache…

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I'm not sure if I am doing this best way. SBS 2003 STD, Exchange 2003
sp1.

Customers email sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxx for a quote. Our sales staff each
has their own email address setup in Outlook. I added a second mailbox
(sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) to each of them. So far so good, salesperson (A)
grabs a customer email; replies and deletes it from the
sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxx mailbox which removes it from everyone's copy of
that mailbox....or does it?

When using Outlook/Exchange in Cached mode the synchronization delay
can result in more than one reply to a customer. Turning cache off is
a possible solution but some of our sales people work at home using
Outlook RPC over HTTP So my question is can you turn cash off when
using remote outlook and how well will does that work? Or, is their a
better way to accomplish what I want? This seems like a fairly common
scenario but I've never seen it really spelled out before.
