Installing SBS2003 in place of Server 2000

As soon as it arrives,we are going to install a new SBS2003 server in place
of a Win2000 server. The way we intend to do this is to completely
disconnect the old server from the network, then install the new server
After that, we want to copy all the data files from the old server over to
the SBS2003 server, and use the Win 2000 server box strictly for data files
backup. Since I haven't connected a second server to a network before, are
there any issues I need to watch for?
