Well that was a dumb answer on my part, help was of no help but this may be
useful instead.

Did you try looking in help as the error message suggests?

Hi,

I regularly receive mail to my domain where the sender has put the
recipients mail address into the BCC field or the recipient is part of a
distribution list. We use the POP3 connector to collect/receive our mail
from our ISP.

When one of these messages arrive through the POP3 connector, the mail is
not placed into the recipients mailbox, but rather placed into whatever
mailbox we have set as being the mailbox for unresolved addresses.

At the same time the below (see bottom of post) event is logged into the
application log. However, I am really battling to find any reference to a
solution in the help file (referred to in the log entry), or any
reference to event ID 1072 on any of the MS support sites.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Andrew

There is no delivery information for Microsoft Connector for POP3

distribution list or global mailboxes, see Help.
