Re: The user is prompted for credentials when trying to access the internal Web site.

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

On the Server Open Company Web Click Site Settings, Under Administration Go
To Site Administration, Under Users and Permissions Go to Manage Anonymous
Access, Under All Authenticated Users Change No to Yes under Allow Access
Leave Reader as Access level

I have read the solution:

Cause: The internal Web site is based on Windows SharePoint Services.
To use this site, users must be members of a Windows SharePoint
Services site group. A user who is prompted for credentials does not
have a site group membership.

Solution: Create user accounts based on Windows Small Business Server
templates. User accounts based on these templates have permission to
access the internal Web site because the templates are members of the
site groups by default.

BUT...there is no Windows SharePoint Services site group to add them
to!

I did use the template to create all users and still they are prompted
each time they access the intranet.

Thanks for any suggestions
