Hello,
I appreciate that you have taken the time to write to us. I truly
understand the inconvenience you must be experiencing. However, since the
issue happens due to third party application MySQL, I'm sorry to inform you
that this issue falls outside the support boundaries for Microsoft
products.
As you know, each product has its own knowledge base and support team to
provide service, just as we are here to help customer solve issue related
to Microsoft SBS Server, we are not professional in MySQL Utility and not
authorized to access internal Knowledge Base, so cannot provide official
suggestion. For this kind of issue, I am afraid that you need to contact
third party for further assistance on this product. Your understanding on
this is appreciated.
Have a good day!
Best Regards,
Chace Zhang (MSFT)
