Sorry for the delay to reply, I am talking about rebooting the server.
The source is always MSExchangeSA. The ID are's 9116,9331,1031
If you need something else let me know.
Fun fact, yesterday afternoon, I had a CDROM to change on this server, we
shutdown at 5:00 PM we change the CD, and then we reboot. This morning no
problem. I seam to be every 24 hour and since we reboot at 5:00 we did get
the issue this morning. Will check at 5:00 tonight.

I asked for the network stuff and switch to rule out network issues. Until.
your last post I assumed that you were talking about rebooting the
workstations.
I went over your first post again. When you were mentioning the reboot, are
your talking about rebooting the server or the workstation?
On the errors that you posted, please give us the Event ID # and the Source.

If I clear event log, and I connect, it work, as I said in the first post,
it
work, the problem is we need to reboot everyday, because every morning it
stop working. At that time I have an even in the log, all the log event
are

I assume that you have only one NIC on the SBS box. If that isn't so,
post
the WAN NIC ipconfig as well.
Do you see any errors in the server event logs? Are you using wireless on
your LAN? - if yes what appliance? If not, what switch are you using?
Clear the event logs on the server and connect with a client that has the
cached mode disabled. Do you see any errors in the SBS event logs?

I have already try this. If cached is ON, the email are leaving from
outbox
but not from the server. We can open every email in the mailbox.
If the Cached is OFF, we can open 1 or 2 email then outlook crash! also
the
email stay in the outbox.

Uncheck the "cached mode" option on one of the user's boxes and see if
Outlook stays connected to the exchange server. If Outlook doesn't
connect,
post ipconfig results for SBS LAN NIC and the user computer.

We are running SBS 2003, 3 week ago, we start to get issue with
exchange.
The major problem is that I dont have many info on the problem
description.
What we see is the following : Every morning around 8:00 people
start
to
get
message that said that ourlook is trying to retrieve email from
exchange.
If
we try to open few email, after 2 or 3, the outlook hang up.
Sometime
the
email cannot leave outbox. Also during that period, all the email
that
have
leaved the outbox are not delivered until we reboot. Actually,
every
morning
we need to reboot to solve the problem.
Few week before, we change the Raid system in the server, I check
everything
on the Raid Card logs, there is nothing that seam releted. We also
add
few
new user with a new domain, I did this with a new Recipient policy,
it
is
working ok, I dont know if it is related.
Now I am checking the logs every day, and I think today I saw
something, I
put it here because I know some of the people in the community are
very
good
in exchange. Maybe Someone know this problem already.
Here is the event in the logs from oldest to newest :
6:48:27AM - OALGen encountered error 8004011b (internal ID 5020179)
accessing the public folder store while generating the offline
address
list
for address list '\Global Address List'.
- Default Offline Address List
6:48:27AM - OALGen encountered an error while generating the
changes.oab
file for differential downloads of address list '\Global Address
List'.
Clients will not be able to incrementally update to the new version
of
the
offline address list. This is normal if this is the first time this
offline
address list has been generated. Check other logged events to see
if
this
is
a serious error.
- Default Offline Address List
7:13:22AM - One of the System Attendant's task is blocked.

This what I get every morning since few days. I found few article
on
this
on Microsoft Website, but I am not sure if they are related to my
problem.
I
would like to know if someone as sean this on is SBS server.
Thank in advance.
