experience with Virtual Server 2005 R2 on a SBS 2003

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi!
I would like to install a Virtual Server 2005 R2 on a SBS 2003 (Domain
Controller; 2.8 GHz, 1 GB Ram, about 10 clients).
Did anybody have a problem with running a Virtual Server 2005 on the
just mentioned system?
Which problem could occur?

Do I need more memory?

Regards,
Willie
