It is a limitation of SBS. You cannot create inter-domain trust
relationships.

Hi,
Is it possible to setup a trust between a SBS 2003 domain and a Windows
2003 Server Standard Edition domain? I actually want the accounts in the
SBS domain to be trusted by the Standard AD Domain. I can setup the
outgoing trust on the Standard server but when trying to setup the
incoming trust on the SBS server it fails ('the specified domain cannot be
contacted'). There are no firewall restrictions between the 2 domains and
I can ping either server from either domain - DNS appears to be working ok
(I've setup the forwarders in the DNS server both each domain).
Any help is appreciated,
Dion.
