Thanks for your detail information.
From your security log, I find only the specific user have this problem. SoI believe this issue caused by the client workstation. Windows uses
Kerberos as the first authentication protocol, so you will see Kerberos
package mentioned in the event error. If any of the services does not
use/support kerberos, then the failure is logged in the security logs. Then
the windows come down by one step and use the NTLM. For the possible cause
of this issue:
1. The "Computer" mentioned in the event error has some third-party
software installed which need to communicate with the network, but it does
not support Kerberos authentication. It is known that "hp laser jet tool
box" and some other third-party software will have this issue.
2. Please check the client workstation to make sure that there is no
firewall application installed.
3. There are applications from client computers trying to logon by
incorrect accounts and password. Please open Active Directory users and
Computers or open the Server Management, please let me know if the affected
user account is disabled.
