Yes it is, I'm afraid, though I don't have access to an SBS at the
moment. It should be somewhere in the RRAS configuration in the Advanced
section of server management.

By default, the addresses come from the main DHCP scope, and if you
change this there will be almost no connectivity available over VPN.
Connections will be limited to SBS only. By all means change it if this
is what you need.

... and an address per connection "advertised" by the RAS ... extend your DHCP scope. ... If that isn't easy then try reducing the amount of connections that RRAS ... Next up, don't use DHCP for RRAS support, assign manual IP addresses instead ...
