Whenever I create a new user and then try and access OWA i get
"HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable" after typing in the username and
password. Previously setup users are working just fine. No errors
related to the issue are being reported in event viewer. I've tried
FBA on/off no difference.
Let me know if there is anymore information that can help
