You don't say if you are using ISA 2000 or ISA 2004. The CE-ICW in SBS
2003 SP 1 with ISA 2004 creates two access rules, one to allow Windows
Update and some other sites for all users. Then a second rule to allow
access to the internet for the SBS Internet Users group.
If you're asking about this issue, then I can only assume you're running
ISA 2000. See the section on ISA 2000 in KB 885819 for how to set this up.
885819 You experience problems when you access the Windows Update Version 5
or Version 6 Web site through a server that is running ISA Server
