POP3 Connector Problems

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

My SBS 2003 SP1 server is having problems delivering email with more
than one attachment to my users (doesn't seem to be a problem with just
one attachment). Outside users will receive an NDR with the following
information:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

mspop3connector.username@xxxxxxxxxx

Reporting-MTA: dns;servername.domain.local
Received-From-MTA: dns;domain.tld
Arrival-Date: Tue, 2 May 2006 08:30:55 -0700

Final-Recipient: rfc822;mspop3connector.username@xxxxxxxxxx
Action: failed
Status: 5.1.1

Checking the event logs, the download process from my ISP completes
correctly, but somewhere in the CDO portion on the transaction, it
doesn't seem to be stripping the email of the
mspop3connector.username@xxxxxxxxxx email address, and thus bounces
back to the original sender. I have tried re-registering the POP3
Connector with IMBREG.EXE, but that did resolve anything. I also tried
reinstalling Exchange and running the Internet Connection Wizard many
times.

This seemed to start after I had to reinstall the Intranet part of SBS
2003.

Any guidance or suggestions would be much appreciated.
