Is either Automatically Detect Settings or Proxy Server checkmarked?
Can you get to the web from the workstation and from the SBS server?
Try: ipconfig /flushdns on the workstation and server.

I have been working on this issue for 5 days now. Our
companyweb
is
completely down you can not access it from the server
or
any
other
nodes.
All
access to the server management windows are down too
because
companyweb
can
not be accessed... I have tried to reinstall the
directories
no
hope. i
thought it was a DNS problem but I can ping the
companyweb
and
it
does
.
