Exchange 2003 forward SMTP traffic to another Exchange 2003 same domain

Guys,

I need some help with the following problem:

1 - I have a domain name domainname.com
2 - I have setup two exchange 2003 boxes
2.1 - One Exchange to be the Front-END
2.2 - Another Exchange to be the BACK-END

THIS IS WORKING FINE (FE-BE)

3 - I want the EXHANGE (FE) FE.domainnaem.com to forward all SMTP
traffic to BE.domainname.com.

I played with the recipient policy, with connectors and I cannot get it
working.

the fe.domainname.com accepts the messages and can't find a mailbox
then delivers a NDR back to the sender.

I HAVE TRIED:

Does not work for me.

Can someone send to me a STEP-BY-STEP for me to comapare to see what I
am doing wrong, please?
