Hi Aaron,
I'm running out the door for the night for some family commitments but
you've got the common caused covered. Maybe with your additional info
somebody else can chime in with some further troubleshooting methods. I'll
check back tomorrow.

If you think installing patches and security updates is expensive, try not
installing them...

1) You can not get a new computer to join the domain using the Connect
Computer link.
Correct. The new laptop cannot hit the site. Other computer already on teh
network have no problem connecting to http://SERVERNAME/ConnectComputer.
2) You can not get Outlook Over the Internet to work.
Just cannot set up two new laptops that have never belonged to the domain
to connect Outlook over the internet. Other users that have been using
Outlook this way are not having problems as far as I know.
Starting with problem #1. Can you veify that the NIC card you are using
on that workstation has it's TCP properties set to Dynamic (including
DNS)?
Yep, doublechecked.
Problem #2. Did you install the certificate by visiting RWW as specified
in the instructions?
Yes, did it the same way I always have and doublechecked the instructions
after it did not work.
Are the users in the proper security group?
Yes they are. Both Used Outlook remotely on their old laptops (one still
is).
The one laptop is now in the office and cannot renew IP address or
anything although DHCP is showing a lease to the IP address it is using
right now.
ISA is also showing that IP address as performing a spoof attack.
Thank you very much for your resonses. All help greatly appreciated.
Aaron
