Hi Andy

Join the new server to the SBS server and DCPROMO it to a DC and make it a
GC. After copying everything from the SBS that you need and ready to
decommission the SBS disconnect it and then run ntdsutil and seize the 5
FSMO Roles.
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=255504 You can't Transfer the roles I don't
think because SBS MUST keep those roles.
