Can't create a share on certain drives

Hi,

I've just re-installed sbs2k3 after a strange crash due to that "health" log
file filling up my C drive.
I've configured (thru sbs setup wizard) H drive for users and D drive for
everything else. C and D are partitions on the same striped raid hd and H is
on it's own striped hd. I have installed SP1 and updated everything thru
windows update. The server is clean and in the "checklist" I'm on adding a
user, but I prefer using the add user thing in server management instead.
That is where I found out that a users home folder could not be created.

This is my add_user_wizard.log: (I've only kept the lines which where in
english)

Wizard results:
Användarkonto: Tim Alfredsson was created with errors and account was deleted.

What I did next was to delete the share. Re-create the share (users on H:
with correct permissions), but that did not help. Next I deleted partitions,
reformatted, changed from dynamic to standard disk and this didn't help
either.

Next thing I did was to create a test folder on H: share it to everyone and
still I couldn't access the share?! and when I say access the share I mean
that I go to \\server\\share.

What happens is that I get an error which translates from swedish to:
"\\server\sharename is not availiable. Maybe you don't have permission to use
this share. Ask the server administrator for help. There is not enough space
on the server to execute this command".

Now, the next thing I did was to create a all access share on the D drive,
and that worked?!?!

I have another striped drive which is the G: drive and I can't create shares
there either... only on the C: and D: drive.

The C: and D: drive is on a sil3132 raid controller and the H: and G: drive
is on a nVidia nForce4 SLI controller. I had problems with their newest
driver (Windows hangs on reboot or shutdown), so I installed an older
version.

What I'm gonna do next is:
1. install the nVidia raid driver that shipped with my motherboard and try
to create shares.
2. I made an image of the hd just before continuing with sbs specific setup.
So I'm gonna roll back that image and try if I can create shares.
3. Jump off a high building...

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I've never had a problem like this
before, and I've re-installed the same server before...

Please help!

Best regards,
Tim
