I've seen this when there is a wired ethernet adapter as well as a wireless
adapter in the laptop.
Disable the wired eternet card in the Device Manager on the laptop and try
again.
Better to use the DHCP on the SBS2003 that the router as already pointed out
by the MVPs.

I am attempting to use my client computers to now connect to my new Windows
SBS 2003 domain using the webpage : http://SERVERNAME/ConnectComputer.
I am running DHCP over a wired / wireless network from a Linksys Firewall
router. Thus, the DHCP server on the SBS 2003 server is disabled.
On four client computers (wireless laptops), I have attempted to use the
webpage to join the new domain. I have been requested to install a SBS
2003
service pack. I permitted this install, and following this and everytime
I
try to repeat the process, I get the following error:
"Make sure that only one network adapter is enabled and that it is
connected
to the small business server."
I don't know where to go from here other than disable DHCP on my router
and
setup the DHCP server on the SBS server.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
