You may want to remove and re-join the computer to the domain. this troubleshooting may help,
Event ID – 5723 - The session setup from the computer <computer name> failed

The session setup from the computer <computer name> failed because there is no trust account in the security database for this computer. The name of the account referenced in the security database is <computer name>$.

This is my problem, my server came pre-installed with SBS2003, and I followed
the TO-Do list. I also configured two machines to connect. No problems so
far. The new hard drive failed thus I was required to complete a full
install. During the original set-up I created users (Colin, Nigel etc) which
created machine names Colin01, Nigel01 etc), but during the second install, I
generated full nume user accounts i.e Bob Smith, instead of just Bob (a
lesson learnt during the first attemp). This created machine names
bobsmith01. The problem I now have is the two original machine still have
machine names of bob01. These will no longer connect to to domain. The report
from Event Viewer is "The session setup from computer bob01 failed because
the security database does not conatin a trust account bob01$ referenced by
the specific computer." The even code is 5723.

I can not gain access to the clients OS in order to change any settings. I
tried to create an entry in "Client Computers" within Server Management but
this did not work (not really sure what I am doing).

Any ideas?
Thanks
Colin
