SBS 2003 Memory Alert

I get the following error
Alert on SERVER at 4/27/2006 10:16:25 AM

A large amount of memory is committed to applications and processes.
Consistently high memory usage can cause performance problems.

To determine which processes and applications are using the most
memory, use Task Manager. Monitor the activity of these resources over
a few days. If they continue to use a high level of memory and are less
critical processes or services, try stopping and then restarting them.

You can disable this alert or change its threshold by using the Change
Alert Notifications task in the Server Management Monitoring and
Reporting taskpad.

The server has 2GB memory and in the task manager it says it uses
1.96GB. 0.5 is used by slqservr.exe and also by stroe.exe. I know that
this is ok but my question is if this problem would be solved if i
would simply add somme memory lets say 1 or 2 GB??
